Filipino-Cuban rum cocktails in General Luna

Rum, calamansi and a lot of ice: Bar Principal mixes Filipino and Cuban flavors in the middle of Siargao's main strip. Tatler flagged it in an April dining round-up alongside a run of Manila openings.

General Luna has more bars than the low season can support, and most of them are chasing the bucket-of-beer crowd. This one isn't. Walk-ins are fine, no reservation needed.

Perfectly curated cocktails with great stories behind every craft. What we love about this bar is their service and the punch-booze from offered drinks. Would definitely try others as we had Paraluman and Calamansi Mojito.
