A breakfast room in Siargao that doesn't feel like a squeeze

Most cafes on the island are tiny and full by nine. Mr. Turtle, at Goodcoast on Tourism Road, actually has room to breathe, tables spread out instead of stacked on top of each other.

Breakfast runs until 2pm, so there's no rush to beat the crowd. Wednesdays bring a music night, worth timing your visit around.

Had a stellar experience at Mr. Turtle! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it a perfect spot to unwind or chill. With its spacious layout and available wi-fi, it's a great place for anyone looking to work remotely. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Compliments to the chef, Joyce! Thanks to Lotlot as well who was very accommodating ☺️

Everything about the place is just sooooo good! Went there for just a good meal but then ended up staying all afternoon 🤩. They have a lot of good food choices and the cocktails, especially. They're the best ones I had

The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, made even more special by the beautiful ocean view. At night, I loved lounging on their bean bags while stargazing — it was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive throughout our visit. The food and drinks were equally impressive. We ordered the smash burger, roast chicken, and grilled fish, and every dish exceeded expectations. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the grilled fish was perfectly cooked with a delicious smoky char that paired beautifully with the sauce. The smash burger was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in siargao., flavorful, perfectly balanced, and absolutely satisfying. Their cocktails were also exceptional, especially the Amaretto Sour, which was expertly made and incredibly smooth. I also heard they’ll be adding more items to the menu soon, including pizzas and pasta, and I honestly can’t wait to come back and try them. Definitely a place worth visiting when in Siargao.

We love dining at this place. FAST SERVICE! We always order their grilled fish paired with the ensaladang talong, and both dishes are always perfectly cooked and consistently delicious. I also love their drinks, the bartenders are amazing, skilled, and very approachable. On top of that, they provide some of the best service I’ve experienced on the island. The servers were incredibly warm, attentive, and lovely throughout our visit!
