Flexi cooking and a serious wine list on plac Konesera

Starlet opened at six in the evening on 9 May 2025, on plac Konesera in Warsaw's Koneser complex. Chef Artur Malinowski calls his style flexi: vegetables and fish carry the menu, meat shows up but never leads.

Mushroom ceviche, sea bream tartare, radish sliced to look like scallops, and a beef tenderloin for anyone who wants it. The wine list gets equal billing on the menu.

The food is exceptional, beautifully presented and clearly crafted with ambition, reaching for the highest shelf in both creativity and execution. Every dish is as delicious as it is visually stunning, and the wine pairings are thoughtfully chosen to elevate your experience even further. The tartare is an absolute winner, full of flavor and expertly prepared. And the innovative halva mousse is simply an amazing and memorable dessert that perfectly rounds off the meal.
