Between splits its day in two: brunch, coffee and matcha until the afternoon, then cocktails once the sun goes down. It opened on Szewska in Wrocław's Old Town in August 2025.
The idea is a room you can sit in from mid-morning to last call without switching addresses. It's already built a steady local following since opening.

Great experience dropping in for cocktails. Wonderful selection, great ambiance, and super helpful staff- we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot for cocktails near to everything but far enough from the chaos of the market square.

A perfect cosy stop! From walking in the cold to leaving all warm and fuzzy, Between Bistro was an absolute delight! We warmed up with the most delicious hot Polish drink—packed with amazing flavours that warmed us from the inside out. A huge well-done to the team at Between for the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. You’ve created a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and just chill. Highly recommend!
