Bottomless brunch by day, house DJs until 4am

Look for the bull statue out front, that's your landmark on the Areias de São João strip after dark. Matt's Bar is the meeting point before the night gets going, right on Rua Victória.

Daily brunch brings unlimited beer, sangria and tequila sunrises with a Tex-Mex buffet, then the room turns over to house and urban music for the late crowd. Doors stay open until 4am.

The nightlife is fairly basic, which is typical for Albufeira. It’s mostly full of young British crowds, the music is very mainstream, and the vibe is quite casual. You can still have a good time, but it’s not really a place for a refined atmosphere or sophisticated crowd

Visited Matt’s bar for a hen weekend in which we booked a vip booth, topless waiter and cocktail making sessions. It’s safe to say this club is incredible as we didn’t leave it all night 😂 the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere and music were incredible and the experiences we paid for were done so well. Highly recommend!

We’ve just returned from a hen weekend and booked 3 events via Matt’s Bar. Friday we reserved a VIP area with pre ordered drinks. For €20 per person we received more drink than any of us could tackle! The music was amazing, the staff even better. Saturday we booked the Waterfront Sunset Party, also absolutely perfect. Good food, more drinks than we expected to get, epic entertainment and views. On Sunday we booked the Cooper’s Fiesta Party. 1.5 hours of bottomless sex on the beach, red and white sangria, lager and soft drinks. At 3pm when the bottomless drinks were due to finish they filled our table with more fresh jugs. The sax player was great, DJ too. For £88 per person we got more food and drink than we ever expected and throughly loved every part of the weekend. We had a coeliac in our group and she was well catered for too. Highly recommended!

Cool girl made me a jack Daniels and coke last night, she said single? Or double? "DOUBLLLEEEEEEE" I said. "DOUBLEEEEEEE" She said. Best drink I've had on my whole holiday what a legend! you are appreciated more than you know ❤️
