I don’t even know if words can fully capture how lovely this experience was. This is by far my favorite fine dining restaurant in Portugal! Deserves every bit of its star. Service was prompt, kind, and personable. Our server answered our questions and provided meaningful information about our meal and the ingredients, somm was super knowledgeable, and the food was incredible. Make it a point to come here if you can!

Speechless. Once you're in the premises you're in heaven. Had the Traditional tasting menu and every dish was a hit, with flavours that define the region, and hints of the wider world. So proud to see my home's palate delicately presented in the world of fine dining. 🌟 Palatial's first star is entirely deserved and hope to see news of a second soon. This is the best Michellin star I've been to! Congrats to the chef, kitchen and service team. Looking forward to experience the Innovation menu next time!

We had lunch at Palatial Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience for our group, which included three children and a baby. The staff showed an amazing approach to kids, making them feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the meal. The cocktails were superb, and the wine pairings with the lunch dishes elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking excellent food and attentive service

The service was amazing, the wine fantastic, but other Michelin star restaurants have been better and cheaper. That sounds possibly harsher than it really should be. It was good, and everything incredibly well prepared, but just not done in ways that I would have liked, e.g. everything seemed to lean into the more fishy flavors of fish, oysters etc. So while there are some Michelin star restaurants I'd say you should run back to every chance you get, here I'd say go, enjoy the atmosphere and wine with the meal, and then move on to the next experience. Worth a single trip, but maybe not a return trip. Granted others in our party loved every bite and I do think plan to come back if ever in the area again!

Wonderful Michelin starred restaurant with a delightful tasting menu and helpful, patient and excellent, generous staff. The team were happy to swap out a course on the menu for us, and whilst there was one course with a bitter sauce that wasn’t really to our taste, everything else was utterly delicious, well presented and explained, and we had a wonderful and serene evening together - thank you 🙏
