Skip the main hotel entrance. Hakkasan Doha has its own door, tucked into the St. Regis gardens, opening onto the dark-wood, low-lit room the brand built its name on worldwide.

Regulars order the dim sum and roast duck without bothering to check the rest of the menu. It's Michelin Selected, and the rooftop terrace runs later into the night as its own separate scene.
