Handmade gift boxes and leather goods from a Doha atelier

Kheyoot fills a gap most gift shops in Doha don't bother with: bespoke presentation boxes and leather goods made to order for weddings, births and Eid, the kind of work that usually happens through private ateliers and WhatsApp orders. Here it gets an actual counter.

The unit inside Al Hazm's marble-and-colonnade mall looks more like a workshop display than a retail floor. Finished boxes and leather pieces sit out as samples for commissions, not stock to grab. Most of what leaves the shop was ordered first.

Good to know

• Bespoke box and leather commissions are quoted in store; allow lead time before Eid and wedding season.
• Open daily from mid-morning until late, in line with Al Hazm's hours.
