The pistachio donuts are the reason regulars call ahead. This pastry lab on Ioan Popasu street bakes small daily batches with natural ingredients, and the good flavors sell out fast. Custom cakes are also on order alongside the case.

It's a trek from the old town, but worth it if you're a donut person. Open Tuesday to Saturday, so plan around that.

I had an excellent experience with Din Inimă Cofetarie! The two girls who run the confectionery are extraordinary – very kind, involved and attentive to every detail. I chose to make the candy bar for our event with them and I went completely with their hands. It was one of the best decisions! They surprised me in the most beautiful way possible: everything looked impeccable, and the desserts were absolutely delicious and appreciated by all the guests.
