PERL runs three shifts in one space on Regina Elisabeta: coffee and eggs in the morning, aperitivo once the light shifts, cocktails after dark. It's from the team behind Mum, and the all-day format is rare enough in Bucharest to be the whole point.

Most places here pick a lane and stay in it. PERL doesn't, and the location between the University and Cișmigiu means it catches both the daytime crowd and the evening one at the same tables.

an easy choice for a brunch in the city center at a competitive price as most of the locations can be pricey delicious brunch and specialty coffee the service is friendly but seem inexperienced or unfocused as multiple mistakes were made

beautiful experience! the audio is well engineered and the playlists are great. the signature cocktails are really thoughtful and well designed. the atmosphere is fantastic and the service is top notch, highly recommend!

A very lovely concept and way you can order brunch until a specific hour and after the meniu change with, pizza and cocktails live dj's so check up the place you will not regret it.

Really interesting place with amazing quality food and a reasonably-priced menu all around! The music is a vibe and the decor is really calming in a way. The staff are kind and helpful and I went back a few times during my trip.

Great experience here. Cocktails were very good, especially the P'andarin and the Amaretto sour. The pizza we ate here is in my top 3 for Bucharest, really tasty. Service is very good and the atmosphere inside is nice. 5/5 would come again.
