A tiny kitchen whose menu never sits still
The trick at Jasu is to order whatever wasn't on the menu last time. The cooking is modern and creative, pulling in international influences, and it rotates often enough that regulars never settled into a usual order.
It's tucked into the low streets of the Armenească quarter on Speranței, priced for the neighborhood rather than the hype. The room is compact, so book ahead or show up early.

Amazing food and lovely ambiance. The slow roasted beef sandwich with cheddar was delicious and the Beef+Duck burger was something to come back for. Looking forward to come back to.

very nice spot in Bucharest. Small and very pleasant, from the details of the venue to the staff. Very welcoming and a lot of good energy. Menu is simple and clear, only Romanian, but the staff is happy to walk you through, making the experience very pleasant. Loved the music playlist and the volume, which was engaging, but still allowing conversation easily. Truffle and Parmesan fries were incredible, also had Damburger and French dip. Both very researched and balanced. This is an absolute gem in Bucharest, and love to see young people are willing to make an effort to bring innovation and fresh air to an industry that lives off dinosaurs.

Outstanding burgers. I found the cheeseburger to be the best burger ive had in Romania and to rival 2 other spots for the best burger ive had in Europe so far. The burger is juicy, well ballanced with sauces and a bun that does the job. The fries as an add on are a great deal and they are both tasty and filling. Keep it up!

bombbb! really nice and elaborated menu, the dishes are perfectly thought of in matter of balance, taste and plating . i recommend the chicken burger & the steak. also, the lemonade is delicious. staff is attentive and nice! will def come back

Lovely atmosphere and the best chicken burger I have ever had. The pineapple lemonade was spot on, the service is excellent, and I would love to return to try other items on their menu 🇧🇷
