Polenta and cheese, reinvented as fast food
The bulz is the whole idea here: a shepherd's baked ball of polenta and cheese, usually a side dish, turned into the main event. Bulgust builds quick, modern combinations around it, so what's normally a garnish becomes lunch.
Plenty of spots serve mămăligă on the side. Making it the menu is a small act of culinary patriotism, and it works as a cheap, filling lunch near Piața Muncii. It also holds up well as delivery.

Super good food, it came hot on Glovo (I probably live close to them, JW Mariott -Casa Poporului area) mega good food and fresh, strange negative reviews. Anyway! Bulgust tasted good! I would really recommend putting the polenta separately because it softened from the eggs on top. Otherwise the spinach, chicken, rice, salads are very good! And the eggs too, they seem organic. Totally good food.
