Bali decor, Eastern European plates, Old Town arcades
Raffia lamps, tropical plants and warm textures fill an old building on Șelari, arcades and all. It looks like Bali. The kitchen has other ideas.
Expect Ukrainian, Bessarabian and Russian influences worked into refined modern plates, a real outlier among the Old Town's pizza and pub menus. Shisha here feels like part of the ritual, not an afterthought. Go when you want the historic centre without the tourist-menu feeling.

First time to visit Komodo Lounge and the place was nice. We had a shisha and some drinks, the place is nice and lovely. Well known for beautiful ladies.

A great new spot in Bucharest Old Town. Komodo Lounge serves delicious traditional Russian/Ukrainian food, a great selection of hookahs, and has a beautiful chill ambience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, the service was warm and attentive, and the decor creates a cozy upscale vibe. Definitely worth visiting for a relaxing evening with great food and ambiance.

I recommend this place. The food was delicious, and even though we arrived at 10:00 p.m., there was still a large selection of dishes. The hookah master constantly changed the coals in the hookah🫶🏼
