Chef Dexter's minimalist tasting menu near Herăstrău

Bogdan Alexandrescu, the MasterChef România finalist known as Dexter, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and the Sorbonne before landing here. His food runs against the maximalist grain: fewer ingredients, cleaner plates, a taste distilled to its point.

The à la carte menu shifts with the seasons and the wine list leans on small producers. The room reads warm rather than formal, and there's a terrace for the warm months. Closed Mondays.

A wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. They also have an excellent selection of wines. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout.

The place looks really nice inside and the service was good. Not in terms of timing because we waited quite a lot for the second course although only two tables (including ours) were occupied. We ordered the vitello tonato, chicken breast and the wild bass. They were okish. I didn't feel the trout taste in the vitello tonato. I liked the taste and consistency of the chicken breast and of the fish. The fennel was quite hard. I found the water to be a tad expensive :). There are some parking places in front but not a lot of them.

An absolutely outstanding dining experience — truly a 10/10 restaurant. The food was delicious, refined, and beautifully presented, with a gourmet fine dining touch in every dish. The interior design is extremely elegant yet warm and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our waiter was exceptional and explained every dish in great detail, with passion, professionalism, and attention to every ingredient and flavor. Everything felt carefully thought out and perfectly executed. A truly elegant and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing new contemporary restaurant in Herastrau with beautiful minimalistic and elegant design and a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. The food is out of this world with thoughtful artistic presentation and exceptional service. A perfect choice for a romantic dinner or a quiet evening centered around great cuisine.
