Fresh seafood on the Port Tomis docks

Skip the mixed grill and pizza places lining the rest of the marina. NOD does fish soup and fried horse mackerel with polenta, plus carbonara if you're not in a seafood mood. Parking's behind the building and the tables look straight out at the docked boats.

It's the newest spot in a stretch of Port Tomis that's been filling up with restaurants for years, and it earned a following fast. The brunch menu runs all day, so it works outside the dinner rush that takes over the marina by evening.
