Skip the postcard racks on the boardwalk. Inside the restored Constanța Casino, this shop stocks Romanian made goods with actual design sense, postcards under 20 lei, collectible perfumes running near 1,000 lei.
It shares the Art Nouveau building with a restaurant and exhibition spaces, so it's an easy stop after a coffee or a look around rather than a special trip. A better reason to linger than just photographing the facade.
