The loveliest experience! All staff was super attentive and friendly. Food was very tasty and we couldn’t ask for more. Strongly recommend the place. It is adjacent to Kivu Noir which is a great place to explore coffee and different types of soft drinks.

Rwanda was a great experience from start to finish. The ambiance was clean, beautiful, and welcoming, with a lively atmosphere and beautiful people. The food was excellent, well-prepared, and presented beautifully. Our waitress, Anisia, was very attentive to detail and even anticipated our needs at times before we had to ask. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Rua to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a beautiful setting in Rwanda.

The service was good and the place has a nice atmosphere. However the cocktails and food let us down (also seeing the price). the sweet potato fries were still raw, the ribs were ok but not really ribs but pork chops and the fish was also mediocre. Unfortunately we wont be back.

Am Keziah from Kenya, my experience has been wonderful. The food was 9/10. The service from the waiter Anisa was 10/10. Ambience 9/10...The Manager lsmael took us for a show around and was very kind .The stuff kept checking up on us to ensure that we are okay. Will definitely visit again and again...And will recommend 👌to anyone who wants great food, great ambience and great music.
