South-East Asian sushi and small plates at Sugar Beach

Sushi wins over sashimi purists and small-plates fans alike inside Sugar Beach's main building. Chirashi bowls, tempura rolls, classic rolls, and sashimi make up a South-East Asian menu that breaks from the resort's Caribbean-heavy lineup.

Dinner only, 6 to 10pm. Book through the resort's reservation system, not a walk-in. It's the better meal on property, ahead of the pricier Saltwood next door.
