A cave bar inside Ladera, built for rum and cigars.

Ladera calls this room a cave, and it feels like one: small, dim, set apart from the main restaurant, with no kitchen behind the bar. Rum is the point here, cigars and charcuterie fill in the rest.

The reason to book is the Saint Lucia Distillers blending session, where guests mix their own bottle to take home. It only runs a few hours each evening and shuts one night a week, so check before the drive up.
