Saudi cuisine that made the Michelin cut

A Michelin Guide selection means more for a Saudi restaurant than almost anywhere else, given how recently the guides started paying attention to the country's food at all. Thara earned one cooking Saudi Arabian food in An Narjis, a district that's become one of the city's newer restaurant clusters.

That puts Thara in a small club of Riyadh restaurants treating Saudi cuisine with the seriousness usually saved for imported ones.
