Highland coffee and rose-season menus in Al-Shafa

Ghosn means "branch" in Arabic, and it leans into the highlands around it. The beans are grown and roasted in-house from Taif and Al-Shafa slopes, a detail that comes up in nearly every conversation about the place.

Come during rose season and the menu and decor shift with the harvest. VisitSaudi lists it among its official highland attractions for the same reason: mountains and roses, the two things Taif does best.
