Balkan farm-to-glass cocktails, London technique

The cocktails here run local, often farm-sourced ingredients through the kind of technique you'd expect from a London bar, because that's exactly where Toni built his career before landing in Dorćol. The self-styled Balkan Experimental Cocktail House label is not just branding, the drinks back it up.

Food gets the same attention, guest bartenders fly in for takeover shifts, and a small club room hides downstairs once the night gets later. Among this year's wave of new Dorćol bars, this is the one everyone else gets compared to.

I had Ognjenita and Blame it on Vila. Both are outstanding; especially Ogjenita… The staff is really friendly and supportive; especially the Turkish guy :) I will certainly visit the place every time I visit Belgrade. You should spend a few hours here for a cocktail with Balkan spirit.

Oli went above and beyond! Great fresh cocktails with amazing attention to detail. The service was wonderful sweet and kind. As for the cocktails they were some of the best I’ve ever had. They are better than I ever had in NYC
