Low-intervention wine in a vintage flat on Palmotićeva

Polly sits directly across from Proces, turning this stretch of Palmotićeva into a two-stop wine crawl. The room feels like someone's well-furnished old apartment, and the person behind it is Klim Žukov, the founder of the Sonder cafes, betting his coffee crowd drinks natural wine after dark.

The kitchen sends out small plates worth ordering on purpose: mushroom duxelles with truffle cream, fennel and apple salad. Pours lean low-intervention, with Serbian bottles mixed into the list. Kitchen closes at 22:30, but the room keeps going.

Didn't plan to come here, fell across it walking past and so glad we stayed. It was incredible. There was no drama seating us without a reservation! The food, wine and service was impeccable. We had a such a great night and enjoyed many a wines as we couldn't resist the menu. Food was well excuted, interesting and well presented. I'd highly recommend...

A nice choice of wines by glass and absolutely fantastic choice of bottles! A lot of "new wave" wine from all over the world. Food is great, too. My new favourite wine place in BG!

A nice place—even for those who don’t drink wine 😅 We really enjoyed it! The portions are on the smaller side, but everything is delicious. The banana dessert is an absolute masterpiece—we didn’t even manage to take a photo of it!

Delicious dishes, a cozy atmosphere, and a pleasant, classic interior. The service is excellent. The menu is more in a bistro or mezze style, perfect for sharing over wine - not the best place if you’re looking for a full, substantial dinner.
