Bring the dog. Floating Flow lets pets roam the whole space, not just a patio, while you look out over the Hongcheon River, a small island and Jwabang Mountain behind it.

At roughly 7,600 square meters, it's built on the same scale as Chuncheon's other big destination cafés, but sits well outside downtown in Nam-myeon, closer to the Gapyeong border than the city center. Worth the drive for the garden alone.

Good to know

• It's pet-friendly throughout, worth knowing if you're comparing it to Chuncheon's other large cafés that restrict pets to outdoor seating.
• The sweet potato latte and strawberry cream latte are the two drinks that come up most in reviews.
