Clothes on one side, an espresso bar on the other

No wall between the racks and the coffee counter. Origin Store splits one room in half: street and casual labels on one side, a working espresso bar on the other, both sharing the same air.

It sits a street back from Dongseong-ro on Myeongnyun-ro, where rents are lower and the crowd is local rather than tourist. Right now it's the newest independent clothing shop in Jung-gu, and the online store can't replicate how the two halves feel in one room.

Good to know

• Open 11am to 8pm.
• It is a short walk from Banwoldang, in the Namsan-dong blocks rather than on the Dongseong-ro high street.
