Minimal bakery cafe skipping Daegu's theme-cafe playbook

Oven Mind sits near Namsan station in Daemyeong-dong, a stretch that has never really pulled cafe-hopping crowds the way the Apsan strip further south does. No mascots, no photo-op interiors, just plain signage and a pared-back room built around the baking.

That restraint is the point. While cafes higher up the mountain lean into themes, this one bets that good bread doesn't need a gimmick to back it up.
