Skip the parking-lot view. NTBR sits on a small reservoir at the base of Gyejoksan, and floor-to-ceiling windows put the water right at your table instead.

It's become the default stop for people heading out to the mountain's barefoot walking trail, big enough and scenic enough to justify the drive on its own.

The overall view was good. The chairs and tables weren't comfortable. The bathroom was located outside on the second floor and wasn't very clean. Still, the desserts were decent, and the view was nice. Parking was convenient, with parking in front and behind the building.
