House-turned-bar right across from the Jung-gu office

Witdaek means roughly "the house upstairs," and it's set on the second floor of a converted house in Daeheung-dong, right across from the Jung-gu district office. Deep window seats fill the downstairs room, made for watching the street.

A quieter room sits above it, better for actual conversation. It queued from its first soft-open day and has since become a reference point for what a good Daeheung-dong opening looks like.
