A roastery that swapped its old spot for a Sokcho bus terminal block

Skip the oceanview cafes and follow the line instead. It forms early outside Coeo, a plain ground-floor room on Gyodong-ro that most passersby know as bus terminal territory, not cafe country.

Pour-over is the whole point here. Beans rotate by origin rather than settling on one house blend, so what's in the cup changes depending on when you show up.
