Berdinak opened on 24 September 2025 with a full tasting menu built entirely around plant-based cooking.

Every course comes paired with a natural wine. It's one of the newer spots to join Bilbao's dinner scene this autumn.

Good to know

• Book your table at least two weeks in advance for weekend dinner slots.
• The tasting menu is priced at 65 euros per person before drinks.
• Ask the staff about the specific Basque natural wine producers they feature on the list.
