Loved every single minute here - food was truly special yet simple and wine recommendations particularly interesting Would go back to try more tapas and the wines I didn’t get to taste Chilled, yet professional Not cheap but worth it And a go to place for sea urchin fans :)

Borgia Winebar is a great spot for anyone looking to explore a variety of wines in a relaxed and stylish setting. The atmosphere is very casual, there is one big table in the middle, everyone kinda sits together. What makes this place stand out is the opportunity to try different types of wines, whether you’re already a wine lover or just curious to discover new flavors. The menu is complemented by a selection of creative and slightly unusual tapas, which add an interesting twist to the experience and pair nicely with the drinks. Overall, it’s a lovely place to enjoy good wine and experiment with unique small plates in a laid-back environment.

Sensational wine bar in the back streets of Valencia. Lovely staff who are extremely courteous and polite. The outside tables offer you the perfect chance to watch locals and thousands of tourists go past whilst sipping delightful wines. Highly recommended.
