Serious cocktails, honest food, new address

Boulevardier was already the name locals threw out first when cocktails in Zaragoza came up. In May 2025 it moved to a bigger spot on Calle de Francisco de Vitoria without touching the formula.

Expect honest, local-product cooking next to a serious drinks list. The new room kept its old crowd and picked up the street presence the previous, smaller space never had.

As always. Perfect service and attention to customer. Never disappoints. We had salmueras and empanadillas this time going along with the vermouth. Argentinian empanadillas were very tasty and with a selection of hot sauces. Perfect
