A rapper, a Madrid Fusión bartender, cocktails like tiny dishes
Kase.O and bartender Borja Insa, named Bartender Revelación at Madrid Fusión, are behind this one. Expect drinks built more like small culinary plates than anything off a standard cocktail list.
The bar moved from Plaza San Pedro Nolasco to a bigger room on Calle de Santiago, right behind Plaza del Pilar. The extra space let the experimental drinks program go further than the original spot ever could.

The bartender is clearly very dedicated and puts a lot of effort into each drink. The presentation is beautiful and well thought out. Personally, I found the cocktails a bit too sweet for my taste, but I can see that a lot of care and passion goes into the craft.

We had a fantastic time at the bar. The drinks were nicely prepared and each of them was explained to us. They tasted very nice.

Very good place. It is on the pricier side, but is very good. As experimental is in the name, the way to select drinks is different. You read lyrics or quotes to determine which drink fits your mood. There is a menu that also lists all the ingredients. The drinks were very different, but a very unique experience overall!
