Blink and you'll miss the door, but the tram stop crowd on Gran Vía never does. Rómulo Coffee is barely big enough to turn around in, and there's almost nowhere to sit.

Rómulo, an Argentine who ditched his old career to chase specialty coffee full time, skips pastries and brunch plates entirely. Just a short, well-sourced coffee menu, and it's already won over the city's coffee regulars.
