Skip the all-Latin-America menu sprawl. Sazón picks its lane: ceviche, anticuchos, and a rotating dish off the barbecue station, done properly instead of trying to cover a whole continent.

It sits on the third floor of the Radisson, one of three new spots Restaurant Week Suriname 2026 added alongside X-Avenue and Brasa. The kitchen runs until 11pm, and there's free parking on the second floor if you're driving in from outside downtown.
