Bar Buiten skips the indoor room entirely. Every table sits outside on Halstraat, right in Breda's center. It's built for people who'd rather hold a beer in open air than duck under a roof. It's a fresh addition to Breda's center. Terrace seating is the whole point here, not an afterthought. Good for a first drink before dinner somewhere else in town.
