Organic coffee, roasted in house, on the quiet edge of Pai

The coffee is the reason to come. Earth Tone roasts its own beans on site, and the cup tastes nothing like what's brewing in the cafes near the center.

It's part cafe, part roastery, part health shop, with a small shelf of natural products for the wellness crowd that gathers here. Food leans plant-based, fresh and simple, in a spot calm enough to feel like a break from Pai's noise.
