Most cafes in Pai keep coffee casual. RoastBarn doesn't. It roasts its own beans on-site in a barn-style space, then pulls espresso and filter coffee with real care behind the counter.

That on-site roasting gives it a genuine specialty edge. Worth the stop if you want a cup that's actually been thought through, not just poured.
