Skip the noodle carts. Ratchada is a proper sit-down kitchen on the eastern side of New Sukhothai, working through regional dishes, seafood and river fish rather than a quick one-bowl menu.

Locals fill the tables for full spreads, fish and curries shared family-style. Go with a group and order enough for the middle of the table.
