All-day brunch next to Iron Gym in El Manar

Stadium opened in Cité El Manar around July 29, 2025, right next to Iron Gym. The launch reel just said "Ouverture Stadium." The name and the gym next door hint at a post-workout crowd, and the all-day brunch menu backs it up.
