Café Le Jardin opened on June 8, 2025 at 15 Boulevard de la Seine. It's built around a courtyard garden instead of a sea view, which sets it apart from Tabarka's port-facing cafes. The opening weekend drew such a crowd that the owners posted a thank you the next morning for "ce premier jour."
The menu sticks to waffles, crepes and fruit cocktails rather than a full kitchen. Hours run from 6am to 3am, long even by Tabarka standards. It hit 4.7 stars on Google within months of opening, without any established brand behind it.
