Ankara's benchmark seafood restaurant, out in the embassy district.

Trilye is the name Ankara reaches for when the occasion calls for serious fish. It works the Aegean and Marmara seafood tradition at the top end: a daily changing selection of cold mezes, raw and cured fish and whole grilled catch, cooked with restraint and priced accordingly. Diplomats and politicians have made it a fixture of the Gaziosmanpaşa scene for years.

The room is formal without being stiff, and the wine list is built to sit alongside the seafood. It is the sort of place you book for a reason rather than wander into. Coordinates are approximate to Kuleli Sokak in GOP; confirm the exact address when you reserve.

We visited Trilye Restaurant with our family and had a truly great experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The valet service was especially impressive very organized, friendly, and helpful, which made our arrival and departure completely stress free. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it an ideal place for a family dinner. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the evening. The food was excellent, with the appetizers standing out the most. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that quality ingredients and care go into every dish. Overall, Trilye offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, wonderful service, and thoughtful touches like valet parking. We truly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!!

This is a nice place to visit which specializes in Fish dishes. Staff provided professional service and they can speak English very well. I got complimentary dessert which tasted really good.
