Two floors above Kaleiçi: garden below, roof above
The roof is the better half. Rosa splits itself between a back garden and a rooftop over Kaleiçi's old town, and the view up top settles which floor wins.
Downstairs serves sushi, barbecue and Neapolitan pizza. Upstairs pours cocktails over the rooftops, and unlike most of Kaleiçi's seasonal bar scene, it runs every day of the week.

Poor service and expensive for what you get. Paid the premium to sit on upper rooftop deck and felt a bit forgotten. One of us got their pizza ok but i had to wait over 45 minutes for my burger. And the sweet potato fries were stone cold. Lots of apologies and promises when we got their attention but did nothing to make it better. Very poor indeed.

Nice view but they oblige us to drink alcohol or only soft cocktails but there was like redbul’ and other stuff they said it is only serveed with whiskey… i didn’t like the policy of the place

Faruk was the best server we had our whole vacantion! Kind and super attentive. As for the location, food and the roof top vibes plus good prices 10/10 experience!
