Modern cocktails and a menu that name-checks ancient Zeugma

The Zeugma-named dish is the one to order. It's a nod to the ancient mosaic city outside town, and it turns up more than once on a menu built around modern technique applied to regional ingredients.

Some evenings bring live music, part of a monthly program the venue runs alongside the kitchen. It's on the 15 Temmuz strip, the stretch that's absorbed most of Gaziantep's newest openings this past year.
