Akçaabat köfte and Black Sea fish, one roof

Şahbazoğlu covers both of Trabzon's meat-and-fish poles under one roof in Ortahisar. Grilled köfte follows the Akçaabat template, and whatever the Black Sea gives up that day goes straight to the kitchen.

This is a family-style room, not a tourist stop. Fish changes with the season, but the köfte is the safe everyday order west of the centre.
