Fresh roasted beans and a pastry case by Lucky Roundabout

The coffee here gets roasted a few feet from where you're standing. Castello runs more like a workshop than a cafe, with a case of pastries and chocolates next to sacks of beans, right by Lucky Roundabout in Ajman Industrial Area 2.

It's one of a handful of Castello spots across the UAE, with siblings in Dubai and Deira. The Ajman shop doubles as a wholesale roastery for the district's coffee trade and a walk-in stop for anyone after a bag of beans or a sweet fix.
