Dubai Marina's lounge that set the tone for District 8

Table service, a bottle-and-cocktail list, hours that run later than the restaurants around it. Luxuria was one of the first venues into District 8 in Dubai Marina, and the lounge format it brought became the template.

Blume Sports Lounge and Fumée both followed its lead later in the same complex. Go for the cocktail list and the later close, not a quick bite.
