A family bakery's third stop, still the city's best bread
The original bakery sits in a west-side strip mall and has been the standing answer to where to get real bread in this city. Sandwiches, quiche and pastries fill the counter.
This third location opened in June 2025 on South Las Vegas Boulevard downtown, putting the family bakery in front of a much bigger audience for the first time.

I stayed nearby for a conference and ended up coming here every single day! Everything I tried was fantastic— the croissant omelet sandwich, chocolate torte, salad and their fresh baguette and pastries. The owner and staff are incredibly kind, and the calm atmosphere is a great escape from the chaotic energy of Fremont Street. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas. I only wish they had one in my home city!

Had the best breakfast here this morning! I met who I presume was the owner, Olivier, and he was so kind and so passionate about his food. Totally my kind of person. He’s from France and I loved his passion and precision with the food and espresso (and his accent!). Everything was delicious. We tried both quiche of the day, and I got the omelette toast. The homemade dressing was wonderful. I’m dying to go back again already!

The açaí bowl is delicious!! You should try it! Also I had the omelette croissant (I added pesto) with potatoes. The best croissant I have ever had! My sister had the quiche, and she thinks this was the best meal we’ve had in Vegas so far out of 4 restaurants. Also, you should try the pistachio coffee. It was wonderful 👌

new favorite place! as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Olivier. Super friendly and funny! the pistachio latte is a must! spinach and feta Danish was savory and just the right amount of flaky and soft. 10/10 recommend this place.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and it was exactly what we needed. Had two lattes, a croissant with jam and butter, and an avocado toasted baguette with a poached egg—everything was fresh and really tasty. The service was super friendly and welcoming. Great value for Vegas too. Would definitely come back.
