One of the city's deepest Japanese whisky lists, poured seriously

The Highball gets poured here with the seriousness the style earns in Japan, and the whisky wall backing it up runs deep. A Tokyo Sling built on Nikka gin works the same bottles from the other side.

It opened in Suite 170 of the Colorado building in March 2024. Sharing the address with Palate and Echo Taste & Sound makes the block a genuine cluster.
