Grower champagne sits alongside the big houses on a list built for a room that has no business being this good inside a mall. The contrast is deliberate, and it works better than it sounds.

It opened in February 2025 inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, and it runs seasonal set-pieces most bars skip: pink cocktails for breast cancer awareness in October, a chocolate heart pour for Valentine's.
